Our Story
Ciao! We are four Italian friends—Giancarlo, Lorenzo, Andrea, and Daniele (GLAD)—who share a passion for bringing the authentic taste of Italian gelato to America. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-quality, artisan gelato, we embarked on this startup journey to introduce a superior frozen dessert experience.
Drawing from recipes crafted by Italy’s finest Maestri Gelatieri, we aim to blend tradition and innovation to create gelato that is pure, fresh, and indulgent. Our project is dedicated to transforming the way Americans enjoy ice cream by offering a product that stands apart in quality and authenticity.
